1. DESCRIPTION OF PREMISES

2. TERM

3. RENT

6. MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR
- Lessor shall maintain the Slip in good condition.
- Lessee shall keep the Slip and surrounding area clean and free of debris. Any damages caused by Lessee or their guests shall be repaired at Lessee’s expense.
7. INSURANCE
Lessee shall maintain comprehensive liability insurance and boat insurance, naming the Lessor as an additional insured. Proof of insurance must be provided before occupying the Slip.
8. INDEMNIFICATION
Lessee agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Lessor from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of Lessee’s use of the Slip, including injuries or damages to third parties.
9. TERMINATION
Either party may terminate this Agreement with __ days’ written notice. Upon termination, Lessee shall remove the boat and vacate the Slip. Any boat remaining after termination shall be subject to removal by Lessor at Lessee’s expense.
10. DEFAULT
If Lessee fails to pay rent or comply with the terms of this Agreement, Lessor may terminate the Agreement and take possession of the Slip.
11. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of [State].
12. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
